The NICS People Survey is major listening exercise for the Northern Ireland Civil Service. It provides valuable insights into the attitudes and experiences of people working across the organisation.
Together with the NICS People Strategy, these findings help departments set priorities and improve the working experience for staff.
The survey is run by the Northern Ireland Statistics and Research Agency on behalf of the NICS. It covers all nine ministerial departments, as well as the Public Prosecution Service and the Health and Safety Executive for NI.
