NICS Recruitment Policy: Recruitment Advertising Review public consultation report published

The Department of Finance conducted a public consultation from 7 August 2023 to 2 October 2023 on a proposal to amend the Northern Ireland Civil Service (NICS) Recruitment Policy to remove the mandatory requirement to advertise every externally recruited NICS job opportunity in the three daily newspapers, Irish News, Newsletter and Belfast Telegraph.
