This paper sets out the Terms of Reference for the Northern Ireland Civil Service Pension Board (NICSPB) which came into effect from 1 April 2015, in accordance with Article 4 of the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014. The Scheme Manager is responsible for managing, administering and reviewing the Board’s terms of reference. Any changes arising from such reviews would be subject to consultation with member and employer representatives.
