Policy screening: 2022 Amendments to Technical Booklet R: Changing Places Toilet provisions

This equality screening document relates to amendments to the technical guidance to the Building Regulations (coming into effect from 30th June 2022), to include criteria for the provision of Changing Places Toilets (CPTs) in certain types of new buildings or in existing buildings where there is a material change of use.
The screening assessment identifies that no Section 75 groups are adversely affected.
