The Public Procurement Policy Statement was approved by the Executive on 5 June 2025 and sets out the principles and strategic objectives for public procurement.
The Public Procurement Policy Statement states that a review will be carried out by 31 December 2025 to identify the optimal oversight and governance arrangements going forward to ensure the objectives outlined in this Public Procurement Policy Statement are delivered. Interim Governance Arrangements will be in place until this review is completed.
Details of the Expert Panel is contained within in the Terms of Reference.
