This report has been produced by the Department of Finance (DOF) in compliance with Section 11 of the Defamation Act (NI) 2022. Section 11 commits the Department to review the operation of the 2022 Act and any relevant developments in defamation law, and report on its findings to the Assembly by June 2024.
