What information will I need to register on eTendersNI?

To register you must complete all the fields with a red asterisk symbol. You will be asked:

    • organisation name
    • your D-U-N-S number
    • company type (for example sole trader / private limited company etc)
    • enterprise type (for example micro / small / medium etc)
    • the approximate percentage of your business carried out in Northern Ireland
    • if you are a social economy enterprise, or voluntary / community group
    • your email address

Following this you will have to choose a username and password for your chosen administrator.

How do I obtain a Dun & Bradstreet number, in order to register for eTendersNI?

To prevent duplicate registrations, all eTendersNI suppliers will require a Dun & Bradstreet number (D-U-N-S) to complete their eTendersNI registration.

There is no charge for obtaining a D-U-N-S number, which is a unique nine digit code to identify a business.

Visit the Dun & Bradstreet website to find your D-U-N-S number or to request one.

I've registered for eTendersNI but I can't seem to log in

Once your organisation has registered, a verification email will be sent to the administrator containing a transaction number to type into the eTendersNI registration screen. Attempts to log-on before the email is received will be unsuccessful.

After this step is complete you will be asked to accept the User Agreement, and then another email will issue to the administrator confirming that the registration has been validated.

Now you can browse the portal and get used to the new look and feel.
