eTendersNI - the way to find tender opportunities for central government in Northern Ireland

The eTendersNI portal was introduced in April 2015 – changing the way NI government departments, agencies and arm’s length bodies advertise tender opportunities. Previously central government used the eSourcing NI portal for similar purposes.

Register now for eTendersNI by visiting the eTendersNI home page.

European Dynamics - Walkthrough Help Guides (etendersni.gov.uk) and Information Area (etendersni.gov.uk) are available to help you get started as an eTendersNI user.

    Face-to-face training on eTendersNI

Throughout the year, business network organisations can request an eTendersNI workshop to be delivered for their members - contact procure.info@finance-ni.gov.uk with your requests.

How do I obtain a Dun & Bradstreet number, in order to register for eTendersNI?

To prevent duplicate registrations, all eTendersNI suppliers will require a Dun & Bradstreet number (D-U-N-S) to complete their eTendersNI registration. There is no charge for obtaining a D-U-N-S number, which is a unique nine digit code to identify a business.

Visit the Dun & Bradstreet website to find your D-U-N-S number; or alternatively if your organisation does not currently have a number, complete a form to obtain one.
