  • New “Civil Service Guide: Supporting Carers” launched as part of Carers Week

    As part of Carers Week 2024 and in recognition of the valuable contribution colleagues with caring responsibilities make to the Civil Service, a new "Civil Service Guide: Supporting Carers" has been launched.

    In launching the guide, Finance Minister, Dr Caoimhe Archibald, said;

    “The Civil Service is committed to being a diverse, supportive and inclusive employer for all. We know that many civil servants are combining caring and work responsibilities and they are an important part of our workplace. The new guide is a welcome resource to help ensure carers feel acknowledged, supported and valued in our workplaces”.
