CPD Direct Award Contract Form (DAC)

The DAC form is required for a customer requesting procurement advice from Construction & Procurement Delivery (CPD) in respect of a Direct Award Contract (also known as Single Tender Action).

For Supplies and Services Division (SSD) DACs clients must use the SSD DAC link below. This will direct you to an online form.

SSD DAC

For all other CPD Divisions clients must use the CPD DAC form.
