The purpose of this Employee Pension Notice
(EPN) is to provide an update on additional contingent decision
provisions introduced by the Public Service (Civil Servants and Others)
Pensions (Remediable Service) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern
Ireland) 2026. We have also updated our website with information on
contingent decisions.
