The risk potential assessment form is a critical first step in engagement with the Gateway review process.
The Senior Responsible Owner should complete the form and send it to their departmental P3O for consideration.Gateway Assurance for High Risk ProjectsIf a project has been deemed high risk following an initial risk potential assessment, this sets the risk level as high for the duration of the project. The Senior Responsible Owner should complete the Gateway request for high risk projects form for all subsequent Gateway engagements and send it to their departmental P3O for consideration.
