The Project Delivery Profession (PDP) helps those involved in project delivery across the NICS and associated ALBs. It aims to improve their capability by providing clear roles, career pathways, competencies, and self-assessment resources.

Hundreds of projects are carried out each year across the NICS, to improve Northern Ireland's infrastructure, transform public services and build a better future.  We can continue to improve the delivery of successful projects through a clearly defined, professional approach.
