Maintenance and minor works
Minor works and maintenance required to NI public sector properties are provided through a range of frameworks.
Up until the early months of 2019, one large central framework for maintenance and minor works was in place for the NI public sector.
The decision has been taken to change our approach and put in place a number of separate frameworks that cover the full range of maintenance and minor works required.
One of the frameworks already in place is the arrangement for grounds maintenance services. Further frameworks are currently at the procurement stage, however some information is available below.
