    This framework has been put in place by Construction & Procurement Delivery (CPD) for NI public sector organisations to access property maintenance services.

    Framework information

    The framework is for the provision of building, mechanical, electrical, design and other related specialist services associated with property maintenance including:

    • planned preventative maintenance (PPM) works;
    • remedial maintenance;
    • reactive maintenance; and
    • projects up to a value of £75,000, including design services as necessary.

    This framework is managed by CPD Property Services Division and the scope of the service to each client, and associated management arrangements is to be agreed with the Service Manager.

    This framework is split into lots, some of which are related to geographical areas within Northern Ireland split by postcodes.

    Lot 1 - North
