Lena by Inspire

Lena by Inspire is the company contracted to provide the NICS Employee Assistance Programme. Lena by Inspire complements the Welfare Support Service by providing a professional and confidential counselling service to staff of the NICS.

Staff can avail of support by contacting a free 24/7 helpline service, and one-to-one confidential counselling sessions are available to all staff who are experiencing difficulties.

Lena by Inspire can provide up to six sessions per year of professional counselling at at no cost to the individual - the NICS will pay for these sessions.
