Welfare Support
The NICSHR Welfare Support Service is available to all NICS staff, and the service is available to staff who work in some other public bodies.
A team of Welfare Officers are available to provide staff with confidential support when they are experiencing personal, domestic or work-related problems. Welfare Officers are trained in Mental Health First Aid and they will signpost to a range of other support services based on the need of the individual.
