The Index is designed to provide a measure of change in the price of a residential property sold in Northern Ireland. The report is updated quarterly and contains information on the average property price and number of sales as well as the index value.

Quarter 2, 2024 - publication

Results for the second quarter of 2024 (April to June) are provided in the statistical reports below.

Annual ward and Local government districts

The documents in the link below show annual descriptive price statistics for each calendar year 2005 to 2023 for 11 Local Government Districts and 462 electoral wards. 

Future publication dates

Next release date: Wednesday 20 November 2024.

As the NI HPI forms the NI component of the UK HPI it is not possible to publish NI figures in advance of the UK release.
