Schedule 1 Bodies
The Civil Service pension arrangements also apply to a number of publically funded bodies which are not part of the Civil Service. These are listed in Schedule 1 to the Superannuation (Northern Ireland) Order 1972 (as amended). Comprehensive list can be found below.

The Minister has made a determination under section 25(5) of the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014 that the scheme for the payment of pensions and other benefits established by The Public Service (Civil Servants and Others) Pensions Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2014 (“alpha”) will also relate to the following:

- Certification Officer for Northern Ireland
- Office of the Commissioner for Survivors of Institutional Childhood Abuse in Northern Ireland
- Office of the Victims of Crime Commissioner Designate in Northern Ireland
